In his freshman year of high school he showed that he was destined for greatness, scoring over 21 points a game. By his next year of playing he received Ohio’s “Mr. Basketball” reward and made the All-USA first team. He got these awards every year after too!  Lebron knew he was talented but he also knew that he needed to be in great shape if he was going to the big leagues.

After being the 1st draft pick in the 2003 NBA draft, Lebron began what was to be his rise to the top. In his first year he averaged 21 points a game and became the youngest person in history to score 40 points in a game! He received the Rookie of the Year award and he knew though that he would need to put himself in the best physical shape to maintain the level of play he was known for. In the following seasons, Lebron set or tied most every record a young NBA star can set. These include being the youngest person to average 30 points a game in a season and being All-Star MVP at only 21! Not to mention he’s part of an amazing squad with the Miami Heat alongside Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. He’s a player at the top of his game and it doesn’t come as a surprise when you look at how fast and muscular Lebron is.
